Mary Etheridge is affectionately known around town as ‘The Olive Lady©’.  She heads Etheridge Trading Limited with her husband Paul, and is in the business of importing fine food and wine from her homeland of Greece.  This husband and wife team created the Lepanto brand under which they sell their delectable range of deli-goods:  extra virgin olive oil, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and char-grilled peppers to name just a few.

Etheridge Trading Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated business based in Wellington.  The Lepanto range of olives and antipasto products can be found in the deli and grocery sections of supermarkets and in selected food outlets and distributors nationwide.
